This Week on the North Shore
Learn-to_Run and Fitness Walking classes start Tuesday, September 13th at 6 pm. The first night will be spent with a short orientation, course outline, expectations and finally a short workout to get the ball moving. Full description of the classes and cost can be found on the CLASSES page.
Indoor Cycling will start at the end of October at the Wheelhaus. Anyone, regardless of fitness level, can get a great workout in the Wheelhaus. Beginners to fitness shouldn’t shy away; the go-at-your-own-pace classes are inherently customizable to your fitness level.
You don’t have to be in perfect shape to get on a bike, you just have to be open. Each rider controls their own workout.. We encourage, push and support each other as we go further together; small changes on with each week equal big changes both physically and mentally,
“We don’t tell you how far you can go, we just ask you to try and get there.”
Pier to Pier Swim is Monday, September 5th in Burlington. The 2.4 km open-water swim is hosted by Greg Pace at PacePerformance.
